Mackenzie Shenk, MSW, LCSW
Mackenzie Shenk, MSW, LCSW has extensive experience working in multiple settings with forensic clients as well as individuals voluntarily seeking therapeutic services. She provides trauma-focused therapeutic services through a strengths-based, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral approach and is adamant about creating the appropriate treatment plan for each client’s needs.
Mackenzie received her Masters degree in Clinical Social Work with an emphasis on trauma from the University of Denver (DU). She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. She has her Clinical Social Work License (LCSW) and is listed as a Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB) Full Operating Level Treatment Provider and Evaluator for adults and juveniles. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and has previous experience working with individuals who had committed domestic violence offenses. Mackenzie Shenk is a full-time therapist and evaluator at Mindful Growth and Healing providing both therapeutic services and evaluations.
Adam Roenfeldt, MA, LPC
Adam Roenfeldt, MA, LPC received his Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s in Psychology and International Studies from American University. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is listed with the Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB) as a Full Operating Level Treatment Provider for Adults and Juveniles. He is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is in the process of obtaining his EMDR certification. Adam Roenfeldt provides therapy services for Mindful Growth and Healing in addition to running a successful private practice.
